Yearly events held in Deer Creek draw residents, families and
friends to our community

The Methodist MammoVan
is
coming to Deer Creek on
August 30
from
8:30 to 1:00 at Village HallMethodist now
has a Susan Komen grant that will cover the cost of bringing the van to
places throughout Illinois. They can even cover the cost of a mammogram if
a woman is under insured or uninsured. Women over the age of 40 should
be screened once a year for breast cancer.

The Deer Creek Middle School PTA sponsors the annual
Pancake and Sausage Supper
on the second Saturday in November.

The Deer Creek Community Club hosts the

each year beginning in May.

Senior Citizens’ Dinners are held at the Deer Creek Baptist Church
Fellowship Hall
on the fourth Tuesday of April and October.

Town-Wide Garage Sales are held annually on the third Saturday in June.
