NOTICE OF PREVAILING WAGE RATE DETERMINATION

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Deer Creek, Illinois, has adopted Ordinance No. 547 on June 16, 2009, ascertaining the prevailing rate of wages in the construction of public works in accordance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/01 et seq.).  The determination of prevailing wages may be obtained by contacting the Village Clerk, Lori Lewis, P.O. Box 38, Deer Creek, IL  61733, (309) 447-6749.
